Refund policy

•As of 7/27/20 returns are no longer accepted.

•You may exchange new/unused items within 30 days. *Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Or local pick up is an option

•If items are damaged upon arrival (by fault of HVS), send photos to hello@highvibesentiments.com

•If items are damaged upon arrival (by fault of USPS or nature), contact USPS.

•HVS is not responsible for theft or packages being delivered to the wrong address (whether by fault of customer or USPS). Shipping labels are printed based on how it is entered by the customer.

•HVS is not responsible for shipping delays by carrier. Due to COVID-19, delays are a possibility. You receive a shipping notice from me once orders go out. The tracking number will show “in transit” once an item has been scanned and in route to you. Which means the package is no longer in my hands. Please be patient if there are unexpected delays.

•Shopping in person is always an option. Visit the “events” tab to find out where I’ll be set up. Or email me ahead of time to order something specific for pick up (in case I wasn’t planning on taking certain items to an event).

•High Vibe Sentiments jewelry is intended to be affordable, hypoallergenic high vibe jewelry. Although all pieces are gold plated, the base metal is either copper or stainless steel. Metals in general will tarnish or look more dull over time (although stainless steel doesn't turn brown/copper colored, the gold becomes less vibrant over time). Therefore, it is highly recommended to avoid contact with liquid, butters, lotion, and the like. Although minor repairs are available (broken jump rings or chain), exchanges, and refunds will not be honored after purchase due to eventual wear and tear.
